The songs and singer are great but I'm not rating Bruno I'm rating the vinyl record. 2 in a row have gone back warped and sleeve damage due to very poor packing and sealing from manfacturer but I had 1 good one and it sounds good but clearly this is not a great pressing. I think in this instance the CD would be a better choice for sound clarity/5(2).

It’s for sure my least favorite album from them (out of their 7 main ones at least) but I don.’they think it’s bad. It’s just mediocre overall, but still has good moments and great performances from Chester and Mike. I think some songs are catchy, some of the production is nice on songs like Invisible, Halfway right and One more light.

May 21,  · The guitar on Money for Nothing is great and the playing in general is good. Production and songwriting is very good but I only listened through a few times and sold the vinyl shortly after buying it. I bought the cd at a rummage sale a few yeras ago for a buck but only listened to it once. Reminds me of MTV. I'm not sure if that's a good thing.

However, this disc does not quite cut it for me. I own it, but rarely listen to it. In order to enjoy it I have to be in just the right sort of mood; one that craves rather disjointed music that doesn't really rise and fall at all, but just is. This is not a bad album. This is not a great album. It just sort of is/5(32).

While not a step in any significant sound change or mood, I can't deny this is just as catchy as both EPs before it and Lila's seemingly woozier, sadder approach on this one really sells it for me. Actually just straight up loving how every band member is bringing such consistent performances on this thing. Crumb continues having no bad songs.

If anything, Neil Young is predictably unpredictable and truth be told, I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a drawback, because right after he releases something brilliant such as Psychedelic Pill, he’ll come out of left field with something that leaves me scratching my head as nearly nothing, other than a few songs here and their come even close to the moving and specular.

Bad is all 80s and full of fun. This album makes me happy; it makes me want to dance, it makes me want to have a good time. Each song just feels like a pop masterpiece. This album is varied and has a song for every mood, from the very 80s, feel-good fun of Just Good Friends (why do a lot of people dislike this song?), to the more rocky, sexy /5(K).
