For what it's worth, 'Signal To Noise' is an energetic album, comprised of spastic riffage, Tear-it-down, revolution invoking, negative utopian vocal imagery, and techno beats, with a few mechanical effects and samples thrown in. It is solid, but it might be garbage to you.

Owning this CD in the original packaging is something any die hard fan would want. However, it is only five songs. At ten bucks, that makes it 2 dollars a song. If you don't care about the cardboard slip case this cd comes in, buy the songs on iTunes. Anyhow, Rise Against's covers are amazing and should make Black Flag proud/5(7).
